Advertising is key. It gives your business visibility and it also gives your business a foundation. There have been tons of businesses that have opened and closed and never spent $100 on advertising. Why? I don’t have a clue. But I think that they were not properly informed on how to advertise and the best places to advertise. Establishing your business through advertising solidifies your brand and increases your presence. There are so many avenues one can take on the road to promotion and marketing, it is called advertising.
If you own a business one of the most important and crucial part of securing its future is to advertise. Some businesses often look at advertising as a luxury item, when it is not. It is really a necessity. Coca Cola spends $4 billion dollars every year on advertising. Yes, you can do your own research and see what companies spend on advertising each year.
The truth is, it doesn’t matter what part of the world you are in or what type of business you operate, advertising should be a very important part your business model.
The misconception about opening up a business is that if you open the doors people will just walk in. People will walk in, but will they spend? If you are depending on walk-in traffic to sell your merchandise or your services, then you will not succeed.
